Cartoning and product insertion
We place products, sachets, sticks, blisters, leaflets and promotional materials into cartons and other packaging. Operations can include closing, boxing and checking the presence and arrangement of the required components.
Assembly and gluing
We assemble packaging, displays, totems and window-display materials. Vinyl and hot-melt gluing, including sachet attachment to leaflets, can be assessed according to the materials and project structure.
Reworking and visual quality checks
We handle products that require sorting, component replacement or addition, relabelling, reworking or visual inspection. Worked materials and unused returns can be separated for the next stage.
Flexible support for production teams
Outsourcing manual operations can help manage seasonal projects, workload peaks and off-line tasks. We coordinate staffing and workstations for projects of different sizes, with optional finishing and logistics services.
